IMPORTANT: If you are using our Print-Your-Own Gift Certificate feature you need to insure that you have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. You can download the latest version of Acrobat Reader here.
Gift Certificates cannot be used for gratuity. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Salon 117 and Essence Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates or gift cards. Please note that there is a 48 hour processing period for gift orders placed online, unless you have selected our new print-your-own gift certificate option. The print-your-own online gift certificate can be printed as soon as you complete your transaction. If you are e mailing it to someone, it can be printed as soon as your recipient receives the e mail announcement of your gift. If printing during non-business hours (Friday after 5:00 p.m. through Sunday before 12:01 p.m.) allow up to 48-hours for the print-your-own-certificate to be registered in the database at the physical location.
If your request for our traditional gift certificate requires immediate assistance or expedited handling, please call Salon 117 and Essence Day Spa directly at 847.259.5209. Orders must be received by 12 noon Pacific Time for afternoon delivery, next business day, via UPS. Please note that there is an additional charge for UPS delivery and that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.
